Booked the family party 100 for my daughter's 1st in ʻAiea. Real fruit syrups — you taste it. The lilikoʻi was perfect. The kids were lined up the whole party. Easy to book, easy to work with.
Mobile shave-ice setup for events on the leeward side. Real fruit syrups, all-day capacity.
Aiea Shave Ice Co. is a mobile-only shave-ice business — we don't have a brick-and-mortar stand, we just bring the setup to events. I started it in 2020 with my sister; we both grew up in ʻAiea and there's no real shave-ice option on the leeward side that's not a gas-station counter.
Our syrups are made in-house from real fruit. The lilikoʻi and guava are sourced from Waipahu growers; the strawberry comes from a friend in Kula. We don't use fluorescent dyes.
We bring our own setup: shavers, block ice, six syrup options, and add-ons (vanilla ice cream, azuki, snow cap, mochi balls, li hing). We can serve continuously for up to 4 hours and 200 guests.

Hired Aiea Shave Ice for our office holiday party. Adults love shave ice as much as kids when the syrups are real. The team set up in 15 minutes and served continuously. Great find for a leeward-side event.
These are starting packages. Most vendors will customize for your date, headcount, and the kind of party you're throwing — ask.
