We're Lava Light Cinema — Iolana and Reyn Kahale, husband-wife videography team based in Honolulu. Iolana shoots, Reyn edits, we both run the day. We started as a side project to her wedding-photography business in 2019 and went full-time on video in 2022.
Our films are cinematic and patient. We don't chase trends. The wedding film we deliver in eight weeks is not a music video — it's a piece of work you'll watch on your tenth anniversary and your kid's wedding day.
We work all of Oʻahu, neighbor islands by quote (we travel light — two cinema cameras, audio kit, drone), and we'll always have a backup plan for rain.

Booked dates are pulled from the vendor's own calendar. If your date is open, you can request a quote — they'll confirm in their reply. Most events lock in 2–6 months ahead in Hawaiʻi; for May–August dates, sooner is safer.
