I'm Lehua Akimseu, a Maui-based bridal hair and makeup artist. I work alone for elopements and intimate weddings, and I bring on a second artist for parties of five or more. My background is editorial and bridal — twelve years working Maui weddings.
My specialty is destination brides who want their day-of look to photograph the same in person, in flash, and on Instagram three years later. I use airbrush makeup for longevity in Maui humidity. I do trials in my Wailea studio for $150 (credited to the wedding fee on booking).
I work all of Maui. I travel to Lānaʻi and Molokaʻi by quote. I do not fly to other islands.

Booked dates are pulled from the vendor's own calendar. If your date is open, you can request a quote — they'll confirm in their reply. Most events lock in 2–6 months ahead in Hawaiʻi; for May–August dates, sooner is safer.
