Maui Tent & Table has been the rental backbone of Maui weddings for fifteen years. We do tents (10×10 to 60×120), tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting trees, generators, restroom trailers, and the heavy logistics most planners need a real partner for.
We staff. We stake. We have backup gear in the truck. We've worked every Maui venue from Wailea ballrooms to backyard receptions in upcountry Kula. If a wind advisory hits the morning of your event, we're the call you make.
We are not the cheapest option on Maui. We are the one most planners use after they've burned themselves on cheaper options. There is a difference.

Booked MT&T for a Hilo wedding (we don't have great rental options here). The shipping logistics added 30% to the quote and required extra coordination — worth it for the equipment quality, but plan the budget accordingly if you're booking from another island.

Booked dates are pulled from the vendor's own calendar. If your date is open, you can request a quote — they'll confirm in their reply. Most events lock in 2–6 months ahead in Hawaiʻi; for May–August dates, sooner is safer.
