Poke & ʻOhana did our Waimea reception. The poke bar with four styles was the highlight of cocktail hour — guests kept going back. Grazing table was beautiful. Tasting beforehand was worth the time.
Poke catering and grazing tables for the kind of event that wants to feed people without the buffet line.
Poke & ʻOhana is a Waimea-based catering operation specializing in poke bars and grazing tables. I started the company in 2018 after eight years as a chef at a Mauna Kea resort. Most of my work is weddings, corporate retreats, and the kind of milestone birthday where the host wants the food to feel like an experience, not a buffet line.
Our poke is sourced from a Hilo fish supplier I've worked with since I went out on my own. We cut and dress everything on-site the morning of. The grazing tables — local cheeses, tropical fruit, lomi salmon, kālua sliders — are built around what looks beautiful and what travels well.
We work all of Hawaiʻi Island. We're typically booked 4-8 weeks out. We do require a tasting before the event for full-catering bookings.

Kohala corporate organizer · Kohala Coast
Used Poke & ʻOhana for a Kohala corporate dinner. Clean execution, beautifully presented, sourced thoughtfully. They're the catering team I want to book for our next retreat too.
