It all started with a family member’s son’s birthday—a very humble beginning. We hadn’t even planned on doing a sushi bar, but they asked us to put one together. After that, people kept asking, and that’s when we decided to turn it into a business of our own. Back then, our “sushi bar” was just hotel pans keeping everything chilled, and the idea of making it a real business felt far out of reach. We were full of doubt, unsure if we had what it took.
Looking back now, it’s amazing how far we’ve come. The journey wasn’t easy—there were plenty of challenges that tested us—but those moments helped us grow, pushed our creativity, and showed us our resilience. We’ve been incredibly blessed, and none of this would have been possible without the support of those around us—and above all, without our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
